We offer all major central heating services from installs, servicing to repairs, with all work being carried out by our friendly team of Gas Safe, formally known as CORGI, approved engineers. We pride ourselves on our quick response times and cost effectiveness. K & M Plumbing are also experts in pressurised systems and combination boilers.

We install and replace all types of boilers, from heat only to combi boilers, predominantly of the condensing variety which satisfy current environmental specifications. We undertake central heating and boiler repairs, and can help you improve the efficiency of your system including the installation of Thermostatic Radiator Valves, carrying out Power flushes (chemical cleanse) and installing room thermostats. We are also able to install and service under floor heating systems.

Central Heating

If you have an existing system which you are looking to upgrade then you will find that central heating systems have evolved a lot over the past few years and there are many new choices that were not previously available. This is great - but can make choosing the right system confusing. We are happy to offer impartial advice on the choices available, whether you are considering an upgrade or a new system.

Power flush

A power flush can restore circulation and efficiency to the heating system by removing undesirable products. It purges them from the system, and replaces aggressive water with clear water.

Underfloor heating

Under floor heating offers several advantages over a conventional radiator system: The heat is more evenly distributed. There are no visible radiators to take up space in the room. Because the heating elements are distributed over a larger area they can operate at a lower temperature, which is more efficient and is particularly suitable for condensing boilers.

Oil Tank

If your home features an oil Aga / Rayburn or features an oil based central heating system you will have an oil storage tank somewhere on your property.

We can carry out oil tank installations as part of a complete central heating system or simply as a replacement for the old one.
